Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

As our products are bespoke, processing times are based on lead times and can vary between 3–4 weeks. In periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you directly via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Evri
  • Royal Mail
  • Parcel Force (for international orders)

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

[Ayus Design] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

(USA)

For US orders, we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that all duties and taxes are covered by us, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

AYUS Design is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we will need to file a claim with the shipping courier in order to process any compensation. To assist with this, we may request proof of damage, including photos of the damaged product as well as the original packaging materials.

Important: Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved, as these are often required by the courier to assess the damage.

Once the claim is submitted and processed, the courier will determine any reimbursement or replacement in accordance with their policies.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
