At AYUS Design, each bespoke item is meticulously crafted to your individual specifications, from custom lighting and furniture to unique finishes, dimensions, and materials. Because every piece is designed and manufactured specifically for you, all bespoke orders are final and non-refundable. This policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work, where every creation is a one-of-a-kind piece of functional art, made to exacting standards in our London studio.
We encourage all clients to carefully review all details of their order prior to confirmation, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and any other customization requests. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately, and any changes, cancellations, or returns cannot be accommodated.
While we cannot offer refunds or returns, quality is of utmost importance to us. If a bespoke item arrives damaged, defective, or not as specified, you must notify us immediately at studio@ayusdesign.co.uk with clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will evaluate the matter promptly and provide solutions to replace the product ensuring the integrity and longevity of your bespoke creation.

By confirming a bespoke order with AYUS Design, you acknowledge and accept that these products are non-returnable and non-refundable, underscoring the exclusivity, care, and expertise that goes into creating each custom piece.

Cancellations:
Order Cancellation Policy
At AYUS Design, we take pride in the bespoke nature of our creations, which are carefully crafted to your specifications. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. This allows us to halt any production that may have been scheduled and minimizes disruption to our workflow.
After this 48-hour window, orders are considered confirmed and in production, and cancellations may no longer be possible due to the bespoke and time-sensitive nature of our work.
